I'm starting again

I weigh 112.5 Kilos, thats 17 1/2 stone.

The new diet started yesterday, and the new training regime starts today.  Plan to do 6 hours a week in January, most will be turbo work till a) the weather gets better and b) I'm fit enough to go out with some confidence.

The Plan for Jan.
  • Sun - min 2 hours
  • Mon - Rest
  • Tus - min 1 hours
  • Weds - min 1 hours
  • Thurs - min 1 hours
  • Fri - Rest
  • Sat - min 1 hours
I'll post here how I get on, but the last three months have gone badly, so I'm not sure how things will go from here.
